「亞洲作曲家聯盟 Asian Composers League」(簡稱曲盟)為亞太地區歷史最悠久，且最重要之國際文化組織。由已故作曲家許常惠所發想，於1973年由日本、韓國與香港共同響應而成立。曲盟成立以來透過各成員國輪流舉辦亞太音樂節，為台灣和亞太地區當代作曲家提供持續而穩定的作品發表與音樂交流平台。2023年適逢曲盟成立50週年，規劃一系列活動包含六場音樂會、一場學術研討會及50週年文物展。
